It is with great pleasure the committee invites you to our first in-person workshop and meeting for the year! On the agenda is a workshop with presenters Gavin Gray and Mark Bolsius. The committee will also share it's plans for the Guild's direction this year, including the belated 40th anniversary celebration, training, advertising, industry outreach and more... 

Details of the workshop as follows: 

February 28th - 3pm

‘There's many a slip ‘twixt the touch and the dip’. 
Gavin Gray will head a general discussion covering pre-sale piano setup in the shop and how to make your job easier in the long run.
Common issues and some quick fixes, detailed action analysis and troubleshooting.
Conversation topics will cover grand and upright actions in relatively new condition. 

'Are you charging what you're worth?'
Mark Bolsius will then head a discussion covering insights in business management, customer relations and reducing the fear
in charging a reasonable price!
